Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and adopt a strict principle of protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to send products to you by mail order. We do not share or sell any information about you, or your buying habits, with anyone. For those who have their goods delivered via courier, your address, email and phone number are passed to the courier company to facilitate delivery.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Ordering and Payment
Payment can be made via Paypal using either a Paypal account or a credit/debit card.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging costs for deliveries to UK addresses are a standard £2.50 per item.
Overseas customers should email first to obtain an estimate of shipping costs prior to ordering. Synergy will not be held responsible for any customs or import costs incurred, these are to be paid by the customer. Please note that whilst we will supply customs documents, the customer is totally responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are acceptable and legal for import to their country location.
We hope you understand that we are unable to offer any refund once your purchase is opened, due to the nature of the products being sold. Each item is carefully packaged and wrapped in a sealed bubble pack. We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. No money will be refunded for damaged goods. Our products are covered by our products liability insurance and are subject to UK law.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if a customer cancels their order (within the 7 day period allowance) a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation provided the order has not already been dispatched. The customer will be held liable for the cost of returns if the order has already been dispatched and payment received.
If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it to us unopened and unused within 2 weeks of purchase and we'll give you a no quibble 100% refund, less the cost of postage.
It is the customer's responsibility to test suitability and compatibility of all raw ingredients to ensure they are safe for their own use bearing in mind that some of the ingredients are made from nuts.
If an item is out of stock, we will send this when it is back in stock as soon as is practicable. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us using the Contact Form on the website.
We aim to deliver all our orders within 3 - 5 working days but please allow up to 14 days especially around busy holiday times. If you need a fast delivery service, please let us know and we'll do all we can to accommodate you.
All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail (first class post) or courier but we reserve the right to use any delivery method that we deem necessary.
You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. All orders that are sent for delivery are subject to the schedule and terms and conditions of Royal Mail or courier company.
